Born and Raised in Baltimore , MD  my name is Ella T. Smothers and I am the baby of three siblings . As a child I always had a passion to help people. Living in Baltimore seen the violence increase and having a caring heart made me step up to become apart of the change . I first started helping out in my community. when I was a young girl that would sit on my grandma steps and just do hair for the young ladies in my community that was in need . All tho I have faced many challenges throughout the years GOD has always been good . Inspite of my challenges and some Struggles I used what I went through to help change the lives of many here in Baltimore. By creating a set of training  resources to help many overcome poverty through Cosmetology , Community outreach and Homeless feedings.  I am honored to be apart of a family of Women thats on a mission to help change the lives of many . I believe this WOMEN COMMISSION is on a mission to overtake and recover all those things that  are broken here in Baltimore. We all are willing to be the sacrifice to help make our city peaceful   Lovable and Free again.
